4. What is blended learning?

Blended learning is the combination of multiple approaches to learning. Blended learning can be accomplished through the use of 'blended' virtual and physical resources. The Sloan Consortium Blended Learning Conference and Workshop is a national conference dedicated solely to the research, pedagogy and implementation of blended learning.

Expert presenters will share their experiences with blended learning; discuss where blended learning is headed in coming years; and discover how blended learning can increase access at your institution.
