The full conference fee includes access to keynote and plenary addresses, all presentations, all workshops (except pre-conference workshops on Tuesday, April 21), welcome reception, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, Discovery sessions, vendor showcase and exhibits. Lunches and dinners are on your own. Tickets for the Awards luncheon are available for purchase during the registration process only. All onsite attendees will have on-demand access to recorded sessions from the conference for one (1) year post-conference.

Refund request must be made in writing to the Online Learning Consortium by March 23, 2015 and will be issued a refund less a $75 administrative fee. After March 23 refund requests will not be honored but the respective registration fee received can be applied to future OLC conferences. For conference registration cancelations 72 hours or less to conference start date, only 50% of the remaining balance, including optional items, (less the $75 administrative fee charged for a cancelation) can be applied as credit to a future conference registation. For conference attendees who have purchased optional item tickets (awards lunch, etc.), there will be no refunds and no exchanges within 1 week of conference start date. If you are not able to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. The name of the substitute must be emailed to the Online Learning Consortium. If you do not attend the program and do not submit a written refund request, the Online Learning Consortium will retain all fees. The Online Learning Consortium is not responsible for any change / cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other similar vendors.
