The full conference fee includes access to keynote and plenary addresses, all presentations, all workshops (except pre-conference workshops on Wednesday, October 14), welcome reception, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, Discovery sessions, vendor showcase and exhibits. Lunches and dinners are on your own. Tickets for the Awards luncheon are available for purchase during the registration process only. All onsite attendees will have on-demand access to recorded sessions from the conference for one (1) year post-conference.
^HBCU Affilate registrations include: 2 HBCU workshops, full conference program, and special HBCU reception.
*Proof of full-time student status must be provided to email@example.com. All student registrations will be approved after we have received the proof of student status and after the registration is completed.

Refund requests must be made in writing. Refunds will be issued less a $75 administrative/cancellation fee for registrations, and a $25 cancellation fee is charged for workshops.
- Cancellation by September 14: Refund of payment minus a $75 cancellation fee
- September 15 - October 7: Credit memo issued for registration and optional items minus $75 cancellation fee. Credit memos can be used toward future OLC conference and are transferable.
- October 8 - October 14: (Within 1 week of the conference) Credit memo issued for 50% of REGISTRATION FEE ONLY, minus $75 cancellation fee. There will be NO Refunds for ticketed items including lunch tickets or special event tickets.
If you are not able to attend, a substitute may attend in your place. The name and email address of the substitute must be emailed to The Online Learning Consortium. If you do not attend the program and do not submit a written refund request, The Online Learning Consortium will retain all fees. The Online Learning Consortium is not responsible for any change / cancellation charges assessed by airlines, travel agents, hotels or other similar vendors.
